Strong Training for Seniors

The elderly.  Senior citizens.  What comes to your mind when you hear those words?

A balding, stooped-over geriatric wielding a walking cane, shuffling to his doctor appointment?

A gray-haired, deaf, wrinkled grandmother dozing in her easy-chair?

Contrary to popular belief, life does not end when one turns fifty-years-old.

Life is still meant to be lived.  People are meant to thrive regardless of age.

 

Sadly, our culture often times dismisses those of an advanced age, saying they aren’t physically capable of living to their full potential.

Well, our culture, our society is wrong.
