…and so the nutrition discussion continues!
I know, I know. Keto. Paleo. Vegan. IF. There is much talk about the relevance of one diet versus another in helping a person lose weight or “be healthy.” From what I see while scrolling through my IG feed, Keto and Paleo are two particular methods of eating that seem to be quite popular.
Wait, let me rephrase that. They ARE popular, not QUITE popular.
But the question remains: How do you, the normal, everyday consumer looking to get in shape, know which (among the many) diets is right for you?
As I was reading through research, looking at different discussions on the topic, I stumbled upon “Keto Vs. Paleo: Which Diet is Right For You?” from Ryan Rodal, a contributor to HVMN…and I had to share it.
What I like about this article is that THERE IS ACTUAL SCIENTIFIC CITATIONS TO SUPPORT WHAT IS BEING STATED. Many times, articles touting the effectiveness in any one diet is rooted in bro-science or second-hand knowledge. This article, however, references true research (Imagine that! Ha ha!).
And then that last paragraph. Love. I wholeheartedly agree with what Ryan states there. 😉
